Stay with us

Rooms 1–7

Egyptian cotton linen, pocket-sprung mattresses, free Wi‑Fi and en-suite bathrooms. Rooms above and around the pub are soundproofed for a quiet night; a couple sit in the converted stables. We sleep up to sixteen guests across Rooms 1–7.

We're a country pub with rooms in Littleworth, between Partridge Green and West Grinstead — a B&B near Horsham, handy for the A272 and the A24 at Buck Barn. About 20 minutes from Gatwick Airport and 25 from Brighton, with free parking outside the inn. Guests use us as a base for Hickstead, Ardingly Showground, South Lodge and the villages around Cowfold, Southwater, Lower Beeding and Henfield.

Always the lowest room rate when you book direct with us — supporting an independent Sussex pub, not the big booking sites.
